How Does the Insurance Process Work?

You’ll submit your insurance information to your clinical team when you fill out the intake form online. After receiving your diagnosis and personalized care plan, your clinical care team will work directly with your insurer to inquire about your available benefits, and then walk you through the available benefits at your second appointment.
